It,s incorect to compare US to Latvia, in fact it,s silly… Americans are big nation and nothing can make you to understand what Soviet occupation ment to us… For us it was an still is survival, nothin less…
You know how russians call our language? A dog language… Many of them are born in Latvia, and spent there all life. And they still don,t know how to tell HELLO in latvian… Is it normal, that some chinese come to Latvia and learn our language in a year, but russians can,t learn it in all life?
Latvians arn,t tolerant?

Isn,t that tollerance, that in fact third of our parlament representes interests of Russia?
Isn,t that tollerance, that russian newspapers can write everything about Latvia, and they still think Latvia was not occupied? They can say and what they want… But we cant give them citizenship if they think that independece of Latvia was big mistake…
Will US give citizenship to people, who lets say want to US be a province of China, lets say….? They are not loyal to country…
Where did you learn history of Russia? In USA?
